New York (US), Sept 24, 2025 (ANI): U.S. President Donald Trump said on September 24 he held a “very successful” meeting on Gaza with key leaders at the 80th annual United Nations General Assembly and expected Israel to join talks soon. With Israel, "I think we can work something out on Gaza," Trump told reporters as he left the U.N. building. Images of starving Palestinians, including children, have sparked global outrage against Israel's almost two-year long assault on Gaza, which has killed tens of thousands of people, internally displaced Gaza's entire population, and set off a starvation crisis.
