Hanoi [Vietnam], July 4: s the only South Korean female TikToker to appear on the red carpet with actor Ji Chang Wook at the Danang Asian Film Festival (DANAFF IV), Idol Nation became a face that received much attention from the media and fans. Not only did she impress with her friendliness, the popular content creator also expressed her desire to be more involved in film projects in Vietnam.

Idol Nation (real name Kim Hye Soo) is a popular South Korean model and content creator . She has over 2 million followers on social media. Idol Nation is known to Vietnamese audiences through many videos showcasing cultural experiences, travel, and food, as well as collaborative projects with Vietnamese teams. Speaking to Thanh Nien newspaper , Idol Nation said she was very moved to have the opportunity to walk the red carpet with Ji Chang Wook . "I am very happy because Ji Chang Wook is a world-renowned actor. This is the first time I've had the chance to appear with him at such a big event. I felt the warm welcome from the Vietnamese audience and it will be a very memorable experience," she said.
According to Idol Nation, before meeting the South Korean actor, she thought he was quite serious. However, after interacting with him in person, Ji Chang Wook turned out to be very friendly, polite, and approachable, which made her admire him even more. Besides attending the event, Idol Nation is also gradually expanding its artistic activities in Vietnam. After collaborating with director Ly Hai on the film " Lat Mat 8: Vong Tay Nang ," the TikToker said she hopes to continue participating in domestic films. "Currently, I still mainly work in Korea, but if I have the opportunity, I would very much like to continue participating in projects in Vietnam. I feel a lot of love from Vietnamese audiences. That's what makes me want to get closer to them through film or other creative products," she shared.
As a content creator active in both South Korea and Vietnam, Idol Nation says the video production process in the two countries isn't drastically different. What impressed her most was the people and the creative environment in Vietnam. For Idol Nation, each content creator in Vietnam has their own unique and captivating way of telling stories.
Although they don't have plans to move to Vietnam permanently yet, as their work is currently focused in South Korea, Idol Nation affirms that Vietnam will always be a special destination in their career. "I believe that each visit to Vietnam brings very special experiences. I hope that in the future I will have more opportunities to work with and meet Vietnamese audiences," Idol Nation expressed.
